READING POLICY
If I (Monroe Rodriguez aka Ejiogbe Institute) do not specify the type or mode of communication for your appointment, you will be contacted via WhatsApp. In some cases, your reading may be provided through Telegram, Skype, Google Hangout, Instagram Chat, Facebook Messenger Chat, or even text or email, if you choose those options. I fully accommodate clients who are international or hard of hearing.
*Please book appointments in advance, ideally with at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments booked with less than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled. Rescheduling options close 1 hour and 15 minutes before the session.*
I will contact you before and during the scheduled appointment. If there is no answer after three attempts, it will be considered a no-show. For paid services, I will offer two rescheduling options based on my availability.
If you cannot make your appointment, please notify me at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your spot without a chance to reschedule and no refund. If you miss your second appointment, you forfeit your fee with no refund.
No refunds are provided for appointment no-shows or products. If an error occurs on my part with products, rescheduling can be discussed but is not guaranteed. Cancellations without explanation or communication will not receive refunds.
**All appointments booked with less than 3 hours' notice are considered emergency readings with emergency pricing.**
CLASS POLICY
Classes are typically provided via Zoom and may include written course material. Classes are not recorded.
If you want a self paced recorded class with unlimited access, those options will be designated

If you need to pay through a payment plan or through other payment providers please contact me first through Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or Email and you can tell me what you want to do. The systems runs on Square.
